What we hold, and why.

This notice describes how the Somali Racing & Equestrian Club (SREC), founded by Milgo Foundation, handles personal information collected through this website.

It is written as a plain statement of current practice. SREC is pre-operational, and this notice will be replaced with a fuller policy once the institution is registered and a named data controller is in place.

If you submit your email address to the SREC bulletin, we collect that address and the date you submitted it.

If you write to us by email, we hold the contents of your message and your contact details for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the correspondence.

We do not ask for financial details, identity documents, or special-category data through this website.

To send the SREC bulletin, to respond to enquiries, and to maintain an ordinary record of institutional correspondence.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Standard technical logs may be generated by our hosting provider to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.

If analytics are introduced later, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.

Bulletin addresses are held until you ask to be removed. Correspondence is retained while it remains relevant to the institution's records.

You may ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to the founding office and we will act on the request and confirm in writing.
