The founding site at Hudun has already been acquired by purchase. Partner capital goes into title, infrastructure, and the governance capability required to run sanctioned racing — deployed against defined phases and reported through the parent foundation.
Capital plan
Phased, conditioned, and reported.
Title & minimum viable racing
Title issuance, track formation, water and access works, temporary stabling, and stewarding capability sufficient to hold a sanctioned meeting.
Use of funds
Earthworks, water, access road, stabling, officials and training.
Club & academy
Permanent grandstand and paddock, veterinary and quarantine facilities, riding academy, and the registry and studbook function.

Heritage & international season
Heritage museum and cultural centre, calendar alignment with regional authorities, and an international invitational meeting at Hudun.

Phase budgets are issued as part of the diligence pack rather than published, so that figures shared with partners are current and supported by underlying costings.
